libghc-gtk-prof software package provides Binding to the Gtk+ graphical user interface library; profiling libraries, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libghc-gtk-prof
libghc-gtk-prof is installed in your system.
